What's the reason you placed the chair near tv, when sims can watch tv when they are on bed? Double bed can be placed there easily when replace here end tables by wall light. Woohoo only in shower 
also don't like two tile doors for tiny houses. They are not space saving! When you create a tiny house, you need to think of every single item inside it. It has great exterior but anyways this house not for me at all. I like you houses in common wish already to see next from ya in this series.

Hello!!! I placed it because I think it's cute and fits the style of the house. I know Sims can watch TV from their bed, but I wanted to place a chair because it makes sense to me. And I have TOC. I would never place a single tile door there ahahha. It'd be very awkward to me. And there's only one shower because we have limits to build in this lot venue. I didn't have space enough to make a bigger house.... and that's not the point of this venue ahhaha. And I know I could've placed a double bed there, but I wanted this to be a single sim house. Anyways, thanks!
