Offices are another Real World lot that every town should have. I replaced a park in one world with a really big office complex, but this is a better size for some of the others
When I saw those striped... what's that. the antenna? on roof, I thought it's a beauty saloon or barber shop LoL. Guess blue and pink plalete is your favourite cause I saw that color matching when were made Terrarium together.

Yeah the red/white striping is meant to be aircaft/antenna warning striping. I do have fondness for certain colors (can't help myself) but will try to restrain my enthusiasm and try different palette in future creations.
