Story about 1st floor bathroom is not about dead space. You made it same size. As I see 1st floor bathroom probably has not sink! Because those weird square there can't be the sink. Another way I would wash my hands ther while sitting on toilet. Sorry for mispells and text edits cause I m flaming. Omg those room is soooo tiny! I can't stand it! Thank you for your house here. It's nice and sure it's better then original one.

LOL!  Vic - yeah... that original bathroom is pretty small - it has a toilet, sink and tub. In TS2, it would be a 4T bathroom - but sims can't use those without special mods or all-in-one fixtures. So, yes, another reason to add a full bathroom upstairs. And, I really like to have at least two bathrooms. Any excuse will do, really...
