Hello to all
This is Palanga. This contemporary house is inspired by a realization of UAB Architektu biuras, Lithuania.

It is composed of 3 connected blocks.
The entrance is located in the central block, one access to the house by the basement arranged in 2 parts:
- the entrance hall leading to the 1st floor
- a garage

On the 1st floor, you have direct access to the living space composed of:
- 1 large living room overlooking the pool and garden
- 1 open kitchen and dining room
- 1 desk corner, TV
- 1wc

The left side block is dedicated to children with:
- 2 bedrooms for children/adolescents
- 1 room for toddler
- 1 bathroom

The right side block is dedicated to parents with:
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 private bathroom
- 1 dressing room

In the landscaped garden you can admire the "wildlife" area with its small pond and its family of elephants.

A large terrace and a large swimming pool with its diving board.
