@tu.evie This mod doesn't provide a fix of alien eyes that makes them available for teens. You should change the age property in the alien eyes resource from 0x000000FB to 0x000000FF to fix that bug.

You can have human babies with alien eyes in the base game, too. I've got several of those in my neighborhood right now.

I've been looking for something like this for so long! My legacy neighborhood, which would have been completely black hair/brown eyes thanks you immensely.

I prefer maxis's genetics, but I'll probably use this mod sometimes. It could be useful at the start of gameplay in neighborhood

After doing the steps Nopke provided this mod now works great. Alien eyes are working on all ages and I'm seeing a good selection of eyes and hairs in my sims. Thank you!

First, open the alien eyes included package in SimPE. Click on the first Texture Overlay XML in this list and then click on the age part. You'll see it says FB on the end of the numbers, you need to change that to FF.
