These are nice and cozy. I'll look into them once I reinstall on my new computer. They would be cute as a separated duplex near a river or pond. I really like the colors with the ground cover. Is it still a duplex if they're not part of the same building? XD

I personally will put duplex if they're connected, but if they're separate on the lot I'll just say 'two houses'.

These look great and might work for a couple taking on roommates though back doors are missing.It's great that you did leave out the stoves as newly arrived sims have no skills and shouldn't have stoves in their ohmes until they gain a few skill points incooking.
