As a birdwatcher, I assure you that we're doing it all the time. Birds are everywhere and we're on the lookout! None of your criteria make any sense at all to a real bird watcher. I've done it in grocery stores.

@Peni_Griffin You say “none”, I say “at most one” – the business community lots restriction but I think it should be allowed for real freaks only anyway. I also think you don't birdwatch during a thunderstorm, especially outdoors. Additionally, you're still able to let your Sims birdwatch anywhere, even let your vampire die in the sun while birdwatching – but don't do it, please.
