The view of your apartments looks great, working with the giant Maxis window isn't easy, I also have lots that I have not yet uploaded with the mentioned window, I also had in mind to make some like that, I will download your item, I don't know how much personalized content contain but it's a good job.

There is only the 1 piece of CC: HL's Stairs - and they are needed for the 1-click foundation to work, so do NOT delete them! (Don't forget to follow the link in the OP and install the stairs correctly - they need the script file that comes with the original stair file) Let me know if you have any trouble .
