I like this, but not only is it difficult to place, the terrain deforms so that on either side of the waterline on the lot there are tiny spikes of beach that can no way be got rid of. (Messiing with "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain" is Not Advisable.)

Hi @Sims2Maven
The lots that I have uploaded to MTS are generally created on land where the beach and the road are at sea level, although those of normal dimensions should work without problems, if you have any problem with the placement of this lot and the others of beach that I have presented it is advisable to use some of the SC4 neighborhood templates that I also have available, I apologize for the late response to your comment.

Well, it sure doesn't work in Bluewater Village. :-(
I wound up creating my own version as a non-beach lot (only way I could keep the lot from ripping at the seams). It's not quite the same as yours, because I changed a number of things (like adding a "Taste of Tropics" booth, etc).

Due to the distance, height of the land and dimensions it is possible that some beach lots do not adapt well to the Bluewater land if it is created in a different neighborhood land, the seams of the lot should not be inconvenient, the important thing is that you have a community lot to your liking if it does not suit the aforementioned terrain.

Thank for your comments about this job
