Santa Coloma - base game lot - (no CC)

are you still a survivor of the Sims 2 base game ?
if that's the case, welcome to this thread thinking for you.
this house was built and created in the base game.

Upon entering the house, the Sims will find the living room, half bath, dining room, and kitchen.
on the second floor there are two bedrooms, one for children and one for a couple.
outside is the pool, barbecue area with its dining table, a swing and garden.
this house will be charming for those who still have the base game and for those who have expansions it will be a reason for redesign.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Yaaay! I can't play my base game set up right now, but I usually play basegame only and it's sooo hard to find well built basegame houses! This is very far from the style I usually use for my neighbourhoods, but it's so well made that I'm gonna have to use it anyway - I'll have to make a new neighbourhood where it fits, I guess . Thank you very much for sharing this, it makes me happy having new basegame houses that don't look like the same tired old things!
