It's a great house, but am I missing the fourth bedroom? I only see two masters, and the one with the two single beds.

Oopsie - I slipped the wording in there really subtly on you - I mention it up there in the intro . LOL! ...It's the downstairs music studio.
If you take all the instruments out, that would be your fourth bedroom - more like a studio apartment, actually.
And where the bar is, you could easily change that to a small kitchenette.

Wonderful design! The music studio is like the cherry on top. Those padded walls look perfect for soundproofing!
