This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
Here is a Portrait of The Goth Family. One requires Vampire game and one only the base game. The can be found in Decorations, Painting and Posters in the catalogue and are called The Goth Family Portrait and The Goth Family Portrait (Small). The Vampires Pack Frame costs 1999 and the Base Game smaller one costs 999.

Why does Mortimer look like he's holding his nose? Is something smelly? LOL!

Bella's perfume was super strong when they were standing for the portrait maybe. Lol

It was one of the thoughtful poses, I liked the sinister undertones of only being able to see Mortimer's eyes. Also thought him having his face partially covered made Bella being the true subject of the painting more apparent.
