I really love this mod :D, and would like to report some bugs.
1. for some reason the newest flavor 2 ( Xantak.BreakIntoHouseModArrestAndAlarmFlavor2), I can make any sims break into anyone house without the burglar trait.
2. I got an error trap message when getting caught, but my sims still went to jail anyway( I only have 1 mod file).

Update: I swapped the mod with an older version and there's no problem as stated from above. I also noticed that after sims got caught in the newer version, sims will use a sneak walking with handcuff animation to a police car. In older version of the mod, sims will just run with handcuff to the car like in vanilla game.

I think I fixed the issue with flavor 2 and the burglar trait.
The second issue is something that doesn't happen to me, but I did change a few things in the code so it might be fixed now.

I tested the new version.
So the burglar trait problem is gone :D, but the error trap problen is still remain

Maybe there's a mod conflict, I know NRAAS home opener can have some conflicts with this mod, as well as the "clean up situations" feature in NRAAS Overwatch.
What does the error trap say?

I'm so excited about this mod. I'm playing a Klepto for the first time who is joining the thief track of the Criminal career, and this is perfect.

I first looked at flavor 2, which was limited to the Burglar hidden trait. I wanted to make it available for Burglar AND Kleptomaniac, but I couldn't find where you mentioned the trait restriction. Are you doing that in the script? I'd expected to see it in either the XML tuning or the ITUN resource. Maybe I'm just missing it.

As of now, flavor 1 allows everyone to break into houses, flavor 2 allows only sims with the burglar hidden trait to do it.
Although I plan to make it tunable using an in-game menu.

I think you can add required traits using the <RequiredTrait> tag in the ITUN. I have read this in tutorials but not actually tried it. I tried this with the ITUN for your flavor 1, but I probably can't actually test it for a while.

Yeah probably, I think something similar is done with the cowplant when it comes wo which sims it can/can't eat, although in an XML. I will look into something like that, although not for a while since I'm working on some updates for another mod

Hi, I just ran into a problem with this mod. For some reason when my sim was caught by the police they were handcuffed and left in the police car, then the police drove away in his own car and my sim was deleted. I have the BreakIntoHouseModArrestAndAlarmFlavor2 version in currently.
