Your house is lovely, but oddly the "Xero Shower by NynaeveDesign on TSR" cc crashes my game to where it won't even load. It's fine if I remove it, though.

I'm so glad you said something. After investigating this issue, I realize I had the wrong link for this item. It was linking to the Sim 4 Xero Shower. I've fixed it so it links to the Sims 3. My apologies!

Love this house but the stairs didn't download for some reason. So I'm doing some construction to fit the stairs in.
