If you want your own sounds ingame, I would recommend using this tool, which isn't mine: https://modthesims.info/d/639090/ts4-sound-tool.html

I think there actually is no real tune for WooHoo in other sims games. That's what I think at least... (EDIT: Nevermind...forgot Sims 2 in woohoo cinematics...)

If you mean the harp tune from sims 3 during woohoo, I could make that happen once I find the sound for it in Sims 3's files.

If not, could you please state which tune you are looking for?

Hey, apparently it conflicts with MC Woohoo :(

Any ideas?

EDIT: I finally did a proper test regarding the MC Woohoo. It's compatible, so I'd say remove it from Known Issues.

Hmm...I never used that mod to be honest. That's odd...

What exactly do you mean by "apparently"? Do the sounds not play or are you only getting last exceptions?

You could check if one or many of the ressources I provided in a list in the description are also affected by that certain mod. Maybe used ressources are provided in MC Woohoo's description, so you could compare them. If they are, then that may be the reason why...if not, I wouldn't be able to tell what could be wrong though.

Sorry

It was my MC Woohoo and other stuff what caused errors and not your mod. I'd say remove it from Known Issues.

I'll see, when I can find time to implement this small addition.

I apologize for taking so long. I was busy with other things. I have added the requested tune(sims1_sting_ghost_rise) in the newest update now.

Do you have a link to what each sounds like? I didn't play The 1st Sims game so I don't really know.

This is nothing short of amazing, thank you for this~!

Also, if you're taking suggestions for expanding the mod , might I suggest swapping out the Interaction Menu sounds for the ones from the prior games?

You should be able to hear them on YouTube. Just search for "The Sims 1 Stings"

Hey I'm having trouble finding where to go in my files to replace the sounds. Is it under /electronic arts/sims 4 ... etc? Or do i have to use the TS4 Sound Tool?
(amazing idea btw thanks for uploading)

Hearing the Sims 1 stingers for making a best friend again can't help but make me crack a smile. I also think for the Sims 1 sounds the small pet death sound might work nicely for Pet Stuff's Rodent deaths!

Interesting idea. Might be better to make it a seperate mod though.

If the tool I'm working with supports modifying these sounds, I'll look into it.

EDIT: Someone already made such a mod. You can use Pancake and MizoreYukki's Mod on Patreon . You can also find mods to replace the Want Sound and Time Controls there. I highly recommend using them. They work great along with mine.

Hey! Would you consider to make a sound replacement from sims 2 baby tune (like getting pregnant) to positive test sims 4 sound? Thanks for your job!
