When I said yes to my male sim having breasts the sims frame did not change. Is this mod working with the patch from last month? (1/16/2024)

never mind I found a work around/fix. I had to change the sims frame from masculine to feminine and back and that fixed the issue.

If you hover over the very visible grey "?" icon right next to the option's name, or even read the big center warning in the mod's description, it'll tell you what you need to do.
