It took me a minute to realize that the locomotive has been built by several other objects gathered in one piece... I thought, at firts, was a 3D model made in blender and put into the game :o

Great work. Can I make this into a subway? Copy/Paste lot in the basement?

To be honest, I don't know how good this idea is. You see, this lot has 2 floors, and if you change them - you break structure of locomotive. Also it has roofs, which you can't place under ground. You can try to lock whole train into room, save this room to the gallery and place it in the basement. I'd like to see if you get lucky with this idea c:

Hi, could this possibly be used as a house? Like actually living in the train? This is so cool & I'm eager to have a Sim live in it. I know it'd probably be kind of like a tiny house.

Sure, you can use it as house. I even saved it as living lot. You can't use locomotive itself because there's no space for putting anything. But there's enough space in the wagon for small apartment.
Also i'd recommended to watch carefully on deco: in the wagon you can see wheels sticking out of the floor. So you have either delete them and replace with any other round objects, or hide them with furniture.
