This is really awesome and I love how you used the work bench as the career reward. It's a fun item :) I like how you took time to write out all the descriptions and made all the levels as well!

Wouldnt think so, but if its not working for you, then maybe you do need them.

This career is a step toward filling an enormous gap in The Sims 2 - namely, a severe shortage of blue-collar careers. There's a certain level of snobbery built into the game, based on the assumption that only white-collar jobs (plus entertainment-type careers, e.g. Showbiz and Entertainment) are "worthy" of the player's attention. This is not necessarily the case. Consider "Architecture", which began as "Construction", still registers as such in SimPE, and still has "blue-collar" starting levels (1-4).

I;m giving some thought to developing an "Electrician" career, if nobody else has beaten me to it....
