I believe so, I didn't touch the romantic ones, just the friendly ones.

If this mod edits the "SocialData_BaseGame" or "Buffs" they will indeed conflict.

Awesome! Vampires are my favorite life state, you know. I play them the most after ordinary sims. So, this should make things more fun for me, thank you.
