I may never use this, but I wanted to say that I love the detail and fidelity to the original. You do wonderful work.

Hehe. I noticed you added a bunch of street lights after make the comparison screenshots. And there are a lot of that. The least selling point of this is its slope. Have fingers crossed for users that would not make lot trim to tear when they place it.

Thank you @Morgan Smith and Karen - I'm so glad you like it

Yes Vic - those lights were actually on the house first, then I took the picture and realized that the lights detracted from the comparison so I redid the shot without them. The other shots of the outside of the building show the lights quite clearly.

Rest assured - I moved this house all around the neighborhood (as I do, esp for sloped lots!) and there was no tearing in my game.
I'm sorry you don't like the slope - as a person who lives on a sloped lot in RL - I am happy to build for "realism"

I am always so thrilled with how you can build into slopes - it's a talent I've yet to perfect. Thank you again for an awesome lot!

Modern houses, they are so cool. Make more please! I love them. Make sure they have garages and swimming pools. Thanks.
