Looks like a very nice house. The recolored life preservers make nice "wheels" but unsure what you used for hubcaps though(unless those are recolored sun disk sculptures).

Thank you for privide with link with your trailer. :lovestruc That was my fortune because I also thought it won't be realised that way in the Sims 3. But your double bed placed in 3-tile width was the first reason to believe that it's possible.

There was a second trick I was detected Same way as in Sims 2, your lil' dolls aren't need leg tile space near the bed to use it. That helped to make second bedroom in 5 tile space instead of usual tiny 6. It's not even tiny, it's tiny-est!

No, that's not a sun disk it costs too much for a starter. There is the same item I used for the shell to make unicorn look like turtle in our Tasteful Terrarium.

I updated this trailer house recently and now it has a beautiful vaulted ceiling above the main room and loft :lovestruc (but kinda expensive). Without that loft must not be weather-proof. Previous version house was still functional tho but I reuploaded it anyways since I didn't went this far.
I replaced the old file with new one. I tried to replace new screenshots to the main thread but they seems to be weren't loaded right, so I duplicated attachements to this post.
You may use the old version of the house however if you wish. There was the only critical issue with it. Guess others are not so necessary. See all the details in description.
