This is so cute! It's very late 80s, early 90s. Locally, teal (my favourite colour) and dusty pink were used SO MUCH on building accents that it's a bit scandalous to remove them at this point. Our mall got renovated and people were VERY upset to learn that it got de-teal'd. So this will help me cope, as soon as I turn it into a community lot for my sims to visit! :D
