I really like this. I have many terrains that I like the look of only to find out that they have only a few or no beach lots. I haven't looked at this in my game yet so hopefully I will like it as much as I do now.

In fact, I have created various templates for beach plots with different themes and with the possibility and flexibility of creating and placing beach sunbeds with low slopes for water access, including the possibility of placing the plots that I have created.
I hope the theme is to your liking.
