Are these default replacements or new files? Also can I use them both or only one of them?

New files. And yes, you can use both at the same time.

Cool looking hair will definitely download. When you say human does that mean this hairstyle is only usable on a human sim not say a vampire sim. Also how about a child version.

Nah, that's just the file's flags being stuffy. You can use the hair if you're either human or a vamp.

On a child version, I'll see if I can do it, but no promises.
