Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
My new kitchen set is finally here! It comes with 20 different highly customizable objects to help you build the modern kitchen of your dreams.

Includes 3 different regular counters plus a special one for the built-in coffeemaker, 2 cabinets - shallow and deep, 3 tall deco cabinets, 1 tall deco cabinet with fake stoves, 2 deco cabinets with wine storage, 2 fridges, a functional stove, a functional dishwasher, a built-in coffee machine, a kitchen sink, 2 functional nectar racks.

Everything that comes with handles also has presets without them. Also everything is recolorable and has presets with big and small pattern tiling.

The tall deco cabinets are in Surfaces/Cabinets.

The counter for the coffeemaker is an actual, functional counter and also has a countertop-only version, so you can put a dishwasher underneath. No corner piece.

All the modular objects (4 counters and 2 cabinets) also have s3packs - install only ONE. Some (but not all, go figure) suffer from the standard texture glitch - as usual, re-casting them fixes that.

The dishwasher's 3rd color channel in on the inside (see pic), cause I had one left and well, why not?

Below you can see the coffee machine in action: (the skill meter is unrelated)

The sink has many decorative slots, including 3 on the little platform on the left.

The tall wine rack - both functional and deco, and the wine fridge all have so many presets because the color channels are separated differently in each and some have overlays. There were simply not enough channels for everything to be recolorable at once so I had to improvise.

The nectar racks have working geostates and display properly for empty/half-full/full stages. Both are the expensive kind, which means better nectar aging. They require World Adventures.

Everything else is BG compatible. All compressed.

I'm sure I've missed something as I am typing all of this for the second time around as the first one oh so kindly glitched out, but feel free to yell at me in the comments. Enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I am very excited with this kitchen!!! You reach your counters I with less then 100 triangles!!! But it still looks delicious. This is a little bit upsetting that it has not matching island counter and juice bar. But seriously. That does not matter with such a huge variety.

Oh my, this is amazing! It looks fantastic, I'm immediately putting it into my game. Thanks so much for sharing!

Edit - They look marvelous in game! However, I have been having difficulty getting the counters to corner, unless the object next to the corner counter is a fridge or stove. Is that because I have the packages installed? I managed to make it work when I placed a decor object on the counter I wanted to corner.

Sorry, I've been obsessed with using big, plain marble kitchen islands with these type of kitchens (or any kitchens recently, lol - since I can't have one in real life :D) and tbh I've never even used a juice bar in this game once It did come out very reasonable poly for most stuff (except for those with million bottles in them), they are fairly simple meshes

Oh boy, that's a new one! Words cannot express how much I detest modular objects :') I only ever use packages, too and haven't been able to reproduce the issue, they corner fine for me... The only thing I can think of is to make sure you're using all 3 pieces of the same type of counter? Meaning if you've put down a left piece from counter II, make sure the rest of them are also counter II - it can get confusing cause their corner pieces all look the same but the game won't let you make one b/w different counters.

Or possibly sometimes cabinets get wonky with placements over counters (you know that random "Can't do that" error when there's nothing there) and may be interfering somehow? It's a longshot but I can't think of anything else possibly getting in the way
