can you put only the channels without the videos? They weigh a lot, can't you make them lighter? those who watch tv are the sims, not me xD
What I see interesting about this is the charisma points etc, which are earned, especially charisma you can only go up with a mirror or a bird that I know of and it is very difficult and tiring for the sims.

With the .avi files in it causes lag everytime my sims change the channel and I also never seem to see them just ads, makes me wonder if I done something wrong or missed something... but these are still a really nice addition to the game! Thanks for making these!

Hi, I'm guessing this may be because my game is set to UK English, but some of the channel names are different for me - I've got The Silver Screen and Science Phantasy instead of Politic Sims and Natural Life. It's easy enough for me to fix in my own game, but I thought I'd better let you know.

I've had these channels in my game for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with how they work. I love that my Sim can watch the politics channel and gain charisma (and fun!) instead of standing in front of the mirror gabbing and draining their social and fun meters. I find this to be a very useful mod to my game. Just wanted to say thanks for making this!

Does anyone know if this works/conflicts with TinyTots TV?

Hey! I loved your mod! I've tried so long to create a custom channel, but it is more practical to download a working one instead. You did a really great job! I installed the Creativity channel to test. It almost worked. The Sim earns the skill points and the hobby enthusiasm. The only problem is that none of the videos shows up. It only have the commercials. All the movies are in the arts channel broadcast folder, but none shows up. I wonder if I did something wrong. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi. This mod is great and has been really helpful in gameplay. However, the TV screen shows a "blinking" dark blue instead of the supposed videos; I did all installation steps right, though... does anyone know if there's a way to fix that? Thanks!

For step 3 in Ultimate Collection is the correct folder Fun With Pets/SP9? That's usually what it is when the latest folder is needed but I'd like to make sure before messing with Program files.

Hi! Thanks for this Mod, it's really amazing I been playing this game for almost 20 years and I still find things to do. I've found an issue tho, the FIY channel don't increase Tinkering enthusiasm but increase literature. It may be a translation issue, I play the game in spanish, but I don't know how to fix it. Thanks in advise

I'm having the same problem and I can't find a solution yet. My computer seems to have problems opening some of the video files in this mod outside of the game as well, so I think it might be an issue with compatibility, Sucks but I like this mod enough to keep using it even if it's broken

The resolution of the video might be too small or large. It's worth to check.
