Since it's cloned from the windmill, does that mean it reduces bills like the windmill?

Probably, I didn't remove any of the coding for it and I'm not positive how the game determines all of that. I'm not sure if that is realistic or not, buuuut...

I've already added this to my game and it looks like it would be a great help in my Pleasantview Epic Challenge because those forst settlers won't be made of money and also won't be taking regular full time jobs as they would need to be avaiable to work on building at the service center over the spring,summer and fall except for when building their own home which will also have to get done before winter arrives in the colony as it would be very cold and also it's taking place in the start of the 17th century.
I'll likely add several of one color option to Alpine Valley to turn bill delveries into rebate check deliveries when they start getting mail as they won't get that or newspapers at first when it's first settled in the 16th century.
