Ohh, very cool! Thank you!

Yeah, in real life, people leaving things around can cause a person to become miffed about it. So this mod adds some realism to the game. :)

This mod appears to conflict with Pescado's noeatcrap.package. Noeatcrap allows active sims to stop eating when their hunger needs are met. Lazy/fat sims continue to eat.

not eat out of a trash can will cease eating food that has gone spoiled.

Sims will talk considerably less when eating, especially if they are in a
hurry (because they're tired, starving, need to pee, have more orders), or
if they're eating without the benefit of chairs.

@BartekStu Oh wow this is so awesome, thank you!!!

I've found myself deliberating whether to tune the minimum neat points needed, my first thought was to make it so that it only bothered sims with 4+ neat points...but then actually, I think sloppy sims would be more annoyed about washing dishes! But would they be not be hypocrites since they leave dishes all the time? It made me think that the best solution would be to be able to tune the no autonomous version so it only stops sloppy sims (in my head 0-3 neat points or sims with the slob 3t2 trait) from cleaning up autonomously but neat ones still would and therefore it would make it more likely for neat sims to be the ones getting annoyed at the sloppy sims but it would annoy sloppy sims just the same if they were made to clean up, what do you think? No expectation of course but figured it was worth sharing my idea in case you liked it

Edit: Also, question - I use both cboy's and simler90's mods, can you use both patches together as the patches seem to conflict with each other?

Glad you like the mod! It should be possible. I'll get back to you re: the load order if you don't beat me to it.

I will look into making a patch - thanks for letting me know! ^_^

We need more mods like this that add complexity to the ways relationships can be different between different sims... I rather like the idea of relationships like o sided neighbor jealousy, or unrequited loves, etc occuring more often naturally as opposed to having to be set up.

Was about to come and report the error with the Simler patch but I see you've already fixed it — thanks for being so quick! :D

I've actually got a different error now - very weird! It looks like the cleaning skillpoint is being assigned to the plate instead of the sim (not sure if that's even possible?)

I really love this! However, would consider reverting the butlers and maids change? Or at least making it an optional feature, even if tuned down? Because I really like the idea of such workers being pissed off at Sims for their pig-like behaviour – it adds to the storytelling, imo. :)

Thank you for the report! Dishes do not actually gain any skill points, as you correctly surmise; that is impossible. I did however overlook one instance number in my patch. This means a different function was intended to run, but a message would be sent in its place instead. This has been corrected in the latest version - apologies for all the redownloading ^^;;

Okay, I will look into a patch for that also.

Hi! I am really not interested in creating a version of this mod like that, but here is how you or anyone else can do it.

1) Open 'bstuDishItOut.package' using SimPE.
2) Select the BHAV called 'Sub - Determine Sims Related To Dish And Adjust Relationship'.
3) Select the second box (node). It is the one right under 'Age - Am I a Child?, labelled 0x1.
4) Change the 'True Target' on the right side of the screen from 2 to 4. It should look something like the screenshot. Notice how the green arrow coming out of the second node now skips the NPC checks.

5) If you are using the CBOY patch or the Simler skill patch you will need to make the same changes. Technically, you could just edit whatever loads last, but it's easier to do the changes all across the board.

Thank you for this mod! Additional tuning idea I had, was to make sims with many nice points less likely to get upset over the dishes . I know for a fact some of my nice sims love that domestic princess lifestyle!

Hi, I love the added drama this mod can cause, but I was wondering if it is safe for a spectral assistant NPC to lose relationship points? I had that happen yesterday and I'm a little worried...

@beestew I have to report that your mod conflicts with Dizzy's auto-store-food mod . With which auto leftovers mod does it work instead?

Hi! Sim relationships are stored on the hood level, so there is no danger of damage to your game. Relationships with objects are also observably harmless, so your hood isn't 'doomed to oblivion' or anything. In the *vast* majority of cases, this junk data will be ignored. You are welcome to remove the relationship with SimPE if it deeply concerns you, and I'll be happy to attach instructions (although in my opinion, it shouldn't be a big deal).

However this behaviour is still undesirable, so I will patch it soon. Thank you for alerting me to the bug!

@beestew does this mod only apply to a sink, or also a dishwasher?

Hi! Only sinks This is meant to incentivise players to buy dishwashers a bit, because I know I never use them...

This also conflicts with CJ's edit of noeatcrap. Which I had to edit to make it function with the eat more talk less mod before, do you have a tutorial for making them compatible, or will you look into it yourself?

UPDATE, There's also some shared instances with the SalineAbortionMod. Even in the updated/redone patched version for compatibility with Simler90's wash dish skills.
