To let you know: there is no chance to add your recolors to existing mesh but override it. Other way it will be represented in catalogue as different item

So, if I use the standalone, does that mean I'll still have the windowed door in the Buy screen as well? Like the normal item and then a separate item that's it with your recolors?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding which files to download.

I'd like to have both filled and unfilled versions of the door in game. Is this possible? And what is the difference between your recolours and the original colours?
