I love the combination of plain white walls and black brick. And that interior, it's absolutely breathtaking! :lovestruc

Definite 10/10!

I love what you've done with this house. It's compact, but it has everything a family would need. The exterior and the interior are really in line with each other - a beautiful modern minimalist aesthetic with a consistent color palette. I think that the main bedroom is my favorite room in the entire build, followed by this entire open ground floor that you've got going with the kitchen, living/dining room, and the hall.

The only thing which I didn't really like because I thought it looked kinda odd was the pavement, the walkway that leads to the side porch near the kitchen. For some reason it looks kinda odd. It's possible that this is because the side porch is protruding outwards, while the front porch is retracted inwards, and the pavement near the front porch is extended by a tile, so there is space for plants there on both sides of the pavement, while the side porch side is kind of lacking that feel. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it doesn't have the feel of being symmetrical, so it kind of sticks out, at least to me, in a weird way. That's probably the only thing I would try to change about the build. I guess I would remove that entire pavement that leads to the side entrance and the gazebo, and replace it with a stony, or grainy surface found in the terrain tool in build mode. You could manipulate that surface so it would have smoother lines making an arch that follows the pond in a circular fashion in that corner... but again, these are simply my own thoughts. Don't worry about it. ;)

But other than this small detail, the house is a stunner. I wish you make more builds as good looking as this one! Thanks for sharing your build and talent with us! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Thank you so much for your full comment. I wanna agree with your opinion about the pavement 'cause I personally like this main build design much more than the garden. When you take a look at my previous projects, you'll see that I'm more into more flowy, natural landscaping with curved paths. I wanted to try something different here, more modernistic/raw garden, intentionally asymmetrical to match the simplistic house. I definitely respect your opinion. As an actual architecture student I know that your project can't be perfect for everyone There will be some similar builds to this house soon <3 Hope you'll like it :D
