Something's wrong with the Sentinel Apartments, when I attempted to move the Rileys into the second floor with the "rent furnished apartment" cheat, the game always crashes. But if I move them into, let's say, the top floor, the game goes on well. But other than that, all apartments are done pretty well. Thank. :D

Do you have any of the maxis objects hidden - or defaulted? You might have to take all your CC out of the game, then try moving the Rileys in (just for this one apartment.) Then put your CC back in the game.
When I tested these, and then later, when I put them in my own "play" hood, I did so without any of my regular CC installed. I did not have any crashes.

The Pleasant Vista Apartment has some issues too, the spiral stairs on both sides cannot be accessed.

@Oceanson - I thought that Simler90's StairMods (linked at the bottom of the OP) fixed that? If not - you will need to have Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs fix. Please let me know if that takes care of it, and I will add the link to the OP.

Update: I just tried it out. Turns out that Simler90's StairMods alone CANNOT solve the problem, so Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs fix is definitely required, and it has to load after Simler90's mods if anyone wants to use them together. I have tried the version where Nopke's mod loads before Simler90's mods and the stairs are inaccessible.

I just double checked the files in the upload - and both BV hotels are the correct ones, with the correct thumbnails.

So - for the 'quick fix' you can download that specific hotel (I uploaded the hotels separately before releasing the whole project) BV Grand Hotel. And just install it as a regular lot.

For a more permanent solution - redownload the hotels from this post, and make sure both files (Hotel01_Permanent and Hotel02_Permanent) replace the original game files in your Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Bon Voyage\TSData\Res\LotTemplates folder. (I mark the original ones with ORIG at the end, like the picture below shows.)
When you put them in your ProgramFiles folder, they won't show up in your LotBin until the next time you generate a fresh game.
