No, the mate my Sim has isn't culled or dead. The notification system for the Fated Mate system is terrible. I had to go through all of the notifications to see who his Fated Mate was. It turned out to be Rory Oaklow and not the other one. She did not appear in his Fated Mate memory as his chosen mate.

If the mate is there and marked as such by the game, the sim should already appear.
I had no problem in my game with it showing, either. In my game, it shows the mate in the panel exactly like I coded it to do.
I have no idea why in your case for this sim, it refuses to show. Any mods you might have about the werewolf pack, perhaps?
