I actually created this mod for my personal use a few months ago and changed to 75 instead. Concert, orchestra and play almost happen every Friday

I had presumed that the values were formatted as percentages, and that if the total was higher than 100, then the game would probably throw big errors. But based on your (legacyoffailures) tip, I decided to see if setting all three values to 100 each would somehow cause the theaters to have concerts, orchestras and plays at the same time on Fridays, but sadly I couldn't tell any difference during hasty testing in the theater Friday events between 35/35/30 and 100/100/100, and each rabbithole still only picked one of the three.

I'd like to give you a BIG hug, @Dandelion Sprout! Everything that you create, is exactly what I would, if I had the talent like you do.

I've set up each 75 and so far there's been no error for 28 sim days. Yes, the game only picks one every Friday, so I think setting up higher will just make the chance for each performance more likely to happen. So far, I've seen 3 concerts and 1 play though.
