continuing problems..

Dear Moon,

I this house, and your others are amazing also. I've attempted to download this sucker four times.. I've cleared out my houses bin in my attempts to get it to appear in the game. Alas, even though I've done everything I can think of, the house never appears in my houses bin. It downloads fine. Sim pack installs it fine, apparently.. but..? Has anyone else had this problem?
