OMG This is sooo cool. Every time I try to place a lot like this close to the water (for aesthetics lol), my lower floors/basement gets flooded. How do I stop this?

You may need to raise the terrain/map one click? ...although, this lot isn't very deep (the slope) so, you really shouldn't need to do this here.

I love this! The 70s and 80s had a LOT of garage-forward, shed-style homes and I absolutely adore them. I'll definitely consider using this in a future vacation hood for my BACC, it's perfect as rentals!
