Wow...this is a bit better than the 3 br, 1 and 1/2 bath home under 20K I was thinking of uploading. Looks a bit more spacious (less space wasted on bedrooms than mine).

It's very nice!! =)

I don't suppose you'd consider writing a tutorial on how to make budget homes? These are all so good, I can't help but think you have a list of do's and don'ts.

I've had a little problem with the Budget Lane houses. When I went to place them in my neighborhood, it yanked the price on all over them to over a billion Simoleans. 707 in particular was §1,310,693,791. Only thing I can think of is that I don't have University.

I've heard that some houses made with Uni will do that with people who don't have the EP.

Just enter the house from the Neighborhood screen, without moving a family in. Save the game, then exit back to the Neighborhood. The price should be normal.

It worked for all but 505. 505 insists on crashing my game. But other than that, all the houses worked wonderfully. Thank you.

Its amazing how you manage such big homes for so little money. There's lots of room for expansion, without building onto the home.

This house is wonderful! My romance sim just had another baby and they have the crib in the living room cause there's no room for it anywhere else except maybe outside. I can't wait to get them moved into this house. And they are so poor no money for an expensive house. So thank you, thank you. soooo much!!!!!
