Plantsims gain water in smaller increments every second, proportional to the intensity of rain. Heavy rain will add a similar amount to vanilla, light rain will add less, and snow will add a little.

Sunlight is gained same as before once per 9 seconds including existing quirks, as the calculations are more complicated and the steps are not as noticeable.

Plantsims will get new wants at a random minute between 7 and 8 hours.

Plantsims will not reapply their special outfit and lose the portrait when arriving on other lots, but may continue to gain water and sunlight.
