I don't know about everyone else here since I suspect most of you have the EP, but I'm getting really pissed off because every time I find a really nice lot, I get to the dreaded text "EP REQUIRED" or I go to install the lot and find out I spent all that time downloading a bunch of lots that the uploader forgot to flag as "EP REQUIRED." There has got to be some way we can take an EP lot and modify it to work with a non-EP install. Hint to the modders out there.

Anyway, this is just a simple 2x2 lot. It's been done countless times before, and I can't take much of the credit since I just installed a house that someone had build on a 2x2 lot, removed everything from it, packaged it, then repacked it with Clean Installer with only the lot segment in it. So, it should be clean. This is the one and only thing I have ever uploaded.

So, here's to all the non-EP users who are as sick of the EP as I am.

Note: No screenshots due to it simply being a blank lot, and my laziness.
