Where can i find instructions for how to download?
and once i do, where will i find it?

you click on the download on the page and then click save. Save it anywhere you want. Then once it is done saving, click on open. Then a box will come up and askes you to install or cancel. Click install. When thats done, it's automatically in the game.

some of my houses run slooow too however i've found if you just let the house run out of pause mode-eventually it will start to move once the game gets the house loaded in-sometimes this takes quite awhile but it does work (also-it will probably run reaaallly slow the first 'night'-let that run on its own too and it should run fine after that)

This house is indicated on the site as compatible with all, but judging from someone's comments here it requires University. If so THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED in the writeup. Thanks
