Skin Tones and nudes

Another thing... how do I get these nude meshes to appear in the other skin tones? It only appears for the lightest on my game.

I just downloaded this yesterday, and it didn't seem to work! I tried everything, but still no. I even downloaded WinRAR! Help!

I have the same problem some times there was an awesome dress i was gonna download but it wouldnt let me!! And I can NEVER NEVER see the pics!!!
