That is nice and grungy...

Is spying really as bad as it sounds? C'mon. They're in your thoughts. You're in their bushes. It evens out.

It's not crazy! lol I just love to have dirty, run down homes for some of my sims to contrast the nicer ones, but I don't want the poor things to suffer for it with low environment motives ;-)

it would be good if you could clean it up. NPC's can't but simmies can for extra cleaning points. We say cleaning point per item?

OK, the whole point is not to clean this set up, it's an "always filthy" set, cleaning points can be gotten from the bookcase.

Bathroom's are coming, when I get off my lazy bum and take a decent screenshot, we'll see about some other stuff, there's lot's of grunge in University already though, sofas and such. Really glad you like it :-)

Thanks, this is a great alternative to the 'trashed' sets I downloaded recently that were reported to be EP compatible... and weren't. This is great, my poorer sims thank you in advance! Can't wait for more to deck out the entire trailer... oops! I meant, 'house'! *lol*
Excellent work!

Thanks so much!
I am looking to create a "poor side" / run-down side of town and this will go great in the broken down homes!
