After I first installed this, I too had the issue of sims' heads still being blue while the body went pale but I figured out how to fix it. I originally had the file in a subfolder of my Downloads folder and when I moved it out of the subfolder back into the main one, it worked.

I'm gonna check out the pale with red eye version, but out of curiosity, what's the difference between "no blue skin no red eye" and "invisible skin". Are those not the same thing?
