It's been some time since my last house upload, so here comes a new one and actually my first using Nightlife. A moderate sized spacious modern looking house with cozy feel in grey & white color combination with a large swimming pool and a basement garage. I recommend parking a car on the driveway only. I'm not sure about the functionality of it's extension placed in the basement, however there are cars prepared for you to test it.

3x3 lot, requires both University and Nightlife, costs about 70 000$, comes unfurnished.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I adore this as I do all of your houses I bet you could make an awesome A-frame type house using the roofslopeangle cheat. (That was such a hint lol I'm sorry)

I love contemporary type homes like this and I'd love to build some myself but I lack the creativity apparently

Very nicely done, Hony! The view from the pool is especially, uh, cool. "I" can't wait to move in and thanks for sharing!

Lizzie, contemporary just means current or modern.

Uh, it says Uni and NL only, but I, having only the original game, somehow managed to install it straight from the Simpack. ^^ Lucky me?

Hi all,

Wow, so this one of hose exceptional lots... :D

For me so far, as long as long the lot in the neighbourhood shows up the proper price sign, I assume it's workable. If not, it's gonna crash.

Hony,

Guess, you've been experimenting with EP2 while I'd been waiting to be decomposed...in terms of lot-building for almost 2 weeks... :D
Actually, have been updating my old lots for better compatibilities to different versions of the game ... The car park thing didn't strike me much but the changes in the lighting system did , one of my EP2 nightmares. And now everything is fine again, but just some long-term work...

So good to see your new uploads...
Mmm... I mean this lot and your avatar sims... They're cool and hot... Is that your self-sims? Just wonder...

Thanks for sharing lol...
