the space in the garage in these houses is great for adding gym equipment and a wetroom

I really love starters. Especially well designed ones. It takes someone with good understanding of spaces to be able to create small houses well. Thanks for the download.

how did u get the background to the house? or if u just created a neighborhood how do u change the ground? and/or get things to show?

This is Nightlife future.
It's just located in Downtown, that's why background and terrain are like this.
In the original game you can choose between desert and temperate.
"terraintype temperate/desert" this is neighborhood cheat.
