This means I don't want to see my shtuff popping up on any fan sites or the Exchange, pay or free, unless I have put it there myself or have otherwise instructed. The 'otherwise instructed' part means you have to gain my permission first to upload my shtuff anywhere, but you don't have to worry about this, because I rarely give permission in the first place to random people I do not know. =]
