It's so sweet of you to leave me that 10x10 lot, hahaha. The shops I made will need a 30x30 lot somewhere and the 10x10 will be for that little house you showed in the picture. Just have a look where you think they will fit.

Anyway, I think a financial overview of our families might be handy before we start filling that space up.

So far we don't have any poor sims finished yet. Maggie and I are making 2 families, where we're trying to get the: "They are Poor" notification. It might make sense to have families in all catagories.
I don't know what the exact budgets are, but this is what came up with:

Poor - houses below 20.000
Average - houses from 20.000 - 40.000
Low Middle Class Income - 40.000 - 60.000
Middle Income - 60.000 - 80.000
High Income - 80.000 - 100.000
Rich - 100.000 - infinit

Do these numbers make sense? I have no idea what the exact numbers are to get the poor/rich notification. In the test game I'm playing, the Ventura family are already rich, so I assumed the numer would be above 100.000

looks good, the only problem i see is that 80,000 dollars, if they are high income, should live in a high income house, and im not sure what there houses would look like...

We're going to need a pretty diverse population and like I said, I wasn't sure about the numbers. I was trying to compare things to real life. The houses from 80.000 would have sims that are rich and have real pretty homes, but they're not millionares. Those would be the ones from 100.000 on. But to make sure I'm going to check the EA neighbourhoods to see which houses get the actual "they are rich" notification.

Fishing spots! That's what we're still going to need too. Not that I'm saying they have to go in the valley, but we shouldn't forget that we're going to need them. Most of the water in our world is salt water, so we'll have to make some fresh water spots too.

There are 5 really rich families in Sunset Valley, but it's a bit difficult to tell where the exact line is. The lots there are so much bigger than ours. I'm going to try to move in some sims in our world in a house that's a little over 100.000 and in one that's around 90.000 and see what it tells me.

Ok, I've been playing our town for a while and nearly everyone is stinking rich, lol! Of course I moved them all in with the freeRealEstate cheat, so I think that's the reason. They've all got way to much spending money.
Funny thing is that Dario and Luca have hooked up and they look so cute together, lol!

btw, where's Craggles? We haven't heard from him in a day or 2... that can't be good!

So yeah I wont be about for a bit cuz I have no intermet. But I'll hopefully be back properly on the 2nd once the net is sorted I my new house at uni. ok, so this is what i came up with, i moved the fire station to be more in the middle of our city, because it needs to get to emergencys quickly! (: I removed the tattoo shop, because rose built a home that can have a tattoo shop in the basement, (rose, would you be willing to make a copy of the home for the ambitions file with the tattoo shop? if not, we can put the tattoo shop somewhere else.) i also moved the laundromat near the fire station, i have a home on it at the time, (30X30) this freed up a lot of space for everyone to have at least 1 lot in the valley, again, it can be changed, but i think its a better compromise,
