I've just remembered my friend asking me yesterday if New Jersey is part of New York City, "like Manhattan". We had to have a brief geography lesson while on the train on the five boroughs. . She did ask me once if New Zealand was part of Italy though, so I suppose her geography wasn't so far out this time.

My dad's finally back from Hong Kong.

My last class was cancelled! Meaning I was home an hour earlier than expected, giving me more time to work on an assignment due at the end of this week, worth a huge portion of my grade.

Finding out my doctor's appointment is a week away, not tomorrow.

It's (finally!) spring break! Two whole weeks with nothing to do but relax. And on top of that, I just found out that I might get the chance to visit Montreal next week to check out a university I'm interested in.

I drew something for the first time in about four years. While I enjoy drawing I'm one of those people who gets incredibly frustrated when things go wrong or when they can't do something so I basically stopped doing it because I used to get angry. Now I remember how much I enjoyed it too.

Very excited as my best friend who moved away 3 years ago is coming back across the country to visit NEXT WEEKEND! We're planning so much! (We being not only me and her, but a group of friends!) It will be SO great to see her again!

My mother will be here in less than 6 hours. I cannot wait to go home.

I had such a fantastic night last night. Ugh, it was so great. We just sat around and had nibblies and listened to Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix and lit candles for three and a half hours and it was so great. I wish more nights out were like that.
