My big brother, Andrew. We spent almost two hours tonight "jamming" on guitar (I use scare quotes because neither of us really plays. I started last week, and he doesn't play at all). I forget how much I love him, and that he can make me laugh until I cry and nearly pee myself.

Watching the final of series two of 'The Mentalist'. Yey. But also 'Oh noes!' 'cause I have to wait a while till I can buy series 3 on DVD. However, Leverage is coming from amazon so I'll start to re-watch that.

I bought a pair of Oxford flats for 10$. I like cheap and pretty things.

In my science class today, instead of working on calculations while we heated our liquids, my friend and I lit pencils on fire with the bunsen burner. We then melted doggy-bone shaped holes in a styrofoam cup. :D

I met some local media personalities today, and had a really educational conversation with them. They were all so nice, and encouraged me on my choice of career.

I went and test drove this bad boy and started the paperwork for it! Much nicer than my current 14-year-old car!

Came second in the 100m at the school athletics carnival. First time I've ever placed in a sports event :D
Also, I got my PB for triple jump - 6.81m - though I still came 5th. But yeah. :]

My friend said that something I posted on my blog left her speechless, and made her feel really good and really bad at the same time. This is the nicest thing anyone ever said about my writing.

I got a job interview at my favorite clothing store! The manager told me that they're desperate for help, so I think that's a good sign.

Today my mom got me some thermals for track, so I tried them on in the nearest bathroom.
Right before leaving I flushed the toilet.

Haha, twice in a row a person has made my day. My graphic design mentor is totally awesome. Every time I'm feeling completely in over my head (stupid InDesign... :P) she sets me straight and guides my choices. Our theatre is so lucky that a pro like her is willing to help out a design noob like me.

Oh yeah, and after that warm, fuzzy night of guitar with my brother, he made up for it by being a total ass yesterday. Siblings
