I'm going out with a friend this afternoon for some shopping and then we're seeing Harry Potter again (:

I just had the courage to send a note to the guy I like on Facebook explaining that I didn't really ask my friend to ask him out on my behalf. ^_^

YES. My father actually came through on something for once! Three things in fact, all which are very important to me!

Seeing Harry Potter. Thousands of people are going to fall in love with Nick Cave after hearing "O, Children" in the movie, which is a very good thing. Also, getting an A+ on a math test. I don't get A+'s on math tests; I always make a few stupid mistakes that knock me down to an A or an A-, so it was exciting.

Writing 800-1200 words on "lessons from Christopher Columbus' [sic] life" on my one free-ish day of Thanksgiving break.

I made a gingerbread house with my mom today, but the icing squirter thingy broke - so we just used our fingers it was lots of fun.

I've already been asked to loan my Nick Cave CDs out numerous times to people since the movie's release :P.

What's going to make my day is the fact that the weather is warm, the sun is shining, and I'm due to spend several hours lazing by the pool.

Seeing my community theatre's production of The Fantasticks. Lots of friends in it, and my brother is the musical director.

Well, what made my day is my wife made her first home-made pie crusts for Thanksgiving tomorrow and my daughter, who is a special needs person, helped make them and both the pies came out absolutely PERFECT, which completely made my day because my wife's so happy and how can you beat that? Also, my daughter is very excited about tomorrow because it's thanksgiving. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND EVERYONE HERE :D

So much food, my mom and I have it smelling like heaven at our house! Gonna make a Red Velvet Cake and a Hershey Chocolate Pie and Thanksgiving Dinner is officially complete! Picking my Aunt up at the airport at 10. Happy Thanksgiving girls!!

I have a teacher for English that literally no one likes. She tries to forces Christianity on people and her lessons often make no sense. Today, she was explaining manipulation to one of the boys in my class, and was talking about how technically making us stay in 'her classroom' is manipulation and was talking about who she thinks would stay if we had the choice, and only thought the 'misbehaving boys' would leave. Then, she asked everyone that would leave if they could to stand up. The whole class stood up. :3

I had a lovely afternoon baking with my friend, the greatest part being the delicious end product :P

I'm getting ready to go to London. We're going to a restaurant and then cocktail bars for my friend's birthday. I have never looked as sophisticated as I do right now.

I got accepted to my top choice college with a generous scholarship! It's not quite a full ride, but it's more than half and there will be other scholarships to win. I'm so fucking excited. A door to the next four years just opened.

My new laptop has Windows 7 Ultimate. Except TS2 is on my PC. But still. W7ULTIMATE. It makes me smile every time I see that in the DXDIAG.

I just came back from an excellent party. I met some really cool new people, and we've all organized to go to the movies on Tuesday which shall be exciting :D

After two days of Thanksgiving (yes TWO), everyone has gone home, my parents have stepped out and I have the quiet house to me, myself and ...my pets haha.

I was browsing in a jewelry store in the mall today when I got a text from a guy friend.

Friend: That's a pretty bracelet you're looking at.
Me: This is creepy. Where are you?
Friend: That's neither here nor there. Nice ring.
Me: Come out, come out wherever you are.
Friend: You'll find me eventually.

He was right; I went about my business and he eventually snuck up behind me in Macy's to yell my name and scare the ever-loving shit out of me. It was an amusing (yet unnerving) afternoon.

It is 1:20 AM here, the latest I've ever been out. AWESOME CAST PARTY for The Fantasticks! Holy smokes, our El Gallo picked me up like a sack of potatoes and started spinning around like a whirling dirvish (which was soooo much fun), I keep forgetting my vow to not hang out with "theatre people".

Okay, that was totally incoherent, I'm going to bed now...

My bf made my day, by buying me a sapphire golden ring. It's <3ly!

This really made my day yesterday, but I never got around to going on the internet.

I went home this weekend and spent all Saturday lazing with my mother, watching bad TV and eating everything we had in the freezer because we're getting a new fridge-freezer on Wednesday and she wanted to clear the freezer out! So much food, but it was so good. This semester is over in 12 days, and I cannot wait for the Christmas break!

A movie made my day. Not going to say what it is, but it's the second movie for a TV show I've loved since I was seven. Granted, it's only in Russian (only language on Youtube so far, anyways), but I've watched it 2 and a half times today. I can't fathom why someone would abandon a show they love just because they're too old. I've been watching this show for years... I'll stop rambling now XD.

What also made my day was getting back to the computer after four horrible days.
