Just had a very long conversation with my mother about everything. It made me smile.

I went to the movies with my BFFL and wached Avatar 3D. It was pretty good. THere was two 11 year olds making out in the row in front of us which was disturbing but still.
We then sneaked out about a quarter through (we'd already seen it anyway) and snuck into town and bought best friend necklaces and 42 lollipops.
We then stood outside the cinema when it was over and got my friends dad to pick us up. We pretended we'd been there the WHOLE time haha

Double cheeseburger with mayonese and hug from husband. Best happy combo ever.

Oh I also got a box of raspberry italian ices. Yummiez I will then be venting i gained weight, but who cares XD

I applied to do a Uni Prep Course at the local University Center

I finally stood up to my mother.

Granted, she did not take it at all well and is now ignoring me and opting for an awkward and tense silence, but I managed to get out of doing a class that I do not want to do in favour of picking up media, a subject that has fascinated me for a long time.

Anyway, what made my day today was my mum sent me a text saying she's accepted my choices and things, so she shouldn't be really angry and might actually be talking to me. Also, my friend and I found four stray cats in the storm water drain near our school, so we went and bought them some food and gave it to them. They're adorable!

Not really, I mean at first they are a little uncomfortable, the string thongs are more comfortable surprisingly, but then they are just like wearing regular underwear.

Okay, to balance out my negativity on the 'Vent Thread', my housemate just offered to pick me up a sub from Subway even though I was really mean to her the other day. Mmm, food . We went there on Saturday only they'd RUN OUT OF BREAD so we didn't get anything then.

We've had more snow today than we've had throughout the entire winter, and now school is closed tomorrow. I'm glad that they announced the cancellation tonight rather than tomorrow morning, because now I can stay up to watch White Collar.

My 2nd essay is finished! I only need to cut out 500 words, but it's basically done. Only three more to go.

It's Thursday. Thursday means that I get to leave school at 1PM, and my only two lessons are Media and English :D

I spent three hours in one of our campus libraries with my friend eating cookies and assigning everybody we know Harry Potter character, all the places we go to Harry Potter place names and all our classes Harry Potter class names. Secretly, obviously. I'm not sure people would take too kindly to being called Pansy Parkinson and Millicent Bulstrode! I laughed so much.

We are alone, the dog is behaving perfectly, I am more content than I have been all month.

One of my previous teachers wrote me a phenomenal recommendation. The highlight is as follows: "Adrienne is one of the top five most amazing students in my teaching career. Well-informed, hard-working, beautiful writer, caring, and dedicated- she'll have an amazing life and career." Reading it made me so giddy. I have to give it to the university, but I think I'll scan it for my own records.
